Terms and Conditions of Sales
Payment Terms: Payment is due in accordance with the
terms of each invoice. Except as otherwise agreed to in writing, payment
is due in full.
Shipping: All products are shipped using an
independent shipping company - US Postal, UPS or Freight Carrier from
California, Texas, Florida and Louisiana. . Shipping companies are not affiliated with Henry
Water Purification Systems. Products are typically shipped within two
business days.
Estimated time of delivery 5-10 business days.
Claims Policy: Any damage or shortages must be noted
at the time of delivery. If damage or loss is noted by the customer while
unpacking the shipment,
the carrier must be notified
immediately. Henry Water Purification
Systems must be notified , in writing, including a copy of the carriers
claim form, of any damage or loss within 7 days.
Returns: All Sales Are Final. No exchanges
unless notated otherwise. Returns including those for warranty
consideration, must be shipped prepaid. Freight collect returns will not
be accepted.
Minimum restocking charge is 30% from
Henry Water Purification. Goods
must be in original container and in saleable condition to be considered
for restocking.

Henry Water Purification Systems MUST be notified in writing - fax

any returns including those for warranty consideration. Once this
information has been reviewed we will then contact you with our shipping
address for returns, warranty parts, and exchanges.
Canceled Orders:
Orders placed but canceled before the
order has been processed are subject to a minimum $100.00 fee, And may be
subject to a maximum 30% cancellation fee. Additional fees may be charged
depending upon the level of completion of system or if any special parts
have been ordered. Factories may also have a 25% fee depending on whether
unit has been shipped.
Note: If order has been shipped and
then canceled Customer will be responsible for any freight return charges.
Warranty:
The manufacturer warrants all equipment
(except membrane elements) that it manufactures to be from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
Extended warranties are as follows:
Automatic Control Valves - 5 years.
Media Tanks - Lifetime
Brine Tanks - 10 years.
Feed Pumps - 2 years.
If within the above period of time, any
products shall be proven to the manufacturer’s satisfaction to be
defective, these products or components will be replaced or there price
refunded at the manufacturer’s option. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and
in lieu of all other express and implied warranties (except of title)
including but limited to implied warranties of merchant’s ability and
fitness for a particular purpose.
The manufacturer will not be subject to
and disclaims:
(1) Any other obligations or
liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty.
(2) Any obligation whatsoever arising from tort claims (including
negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law
with respect to products sold or services rendered by the manufacturer or
any undertakings, acts, or omissions relating thereto.
(3) All consequential, incidental and contingent damages.
The manufacturer’s obligations for non-performance defective products, or
any damage caused by its products or their use, and exclusive remedy
therefore, shall be limited to product replacement or refund and shall be
conditioned upon the manufacturer receiving notice for such replacement or
refund.
(4) Warranty does not cover shipping, labor or installation charges.
